What audio and video formats do you accept?
Most common formats — MP3, WAV, MP4, MOV, and similar. If you're not sure yours will work, send it and we'll confirm.
What's the difference between subtitling and translated subtitles?
Subtitling (same language) puts on-screen text in the same language as the audio — useful for accessibility or muted viewing. Translated subtitles put on-screen text in a different language from the audio, for a non-native-speaking audience.
Do you provide timestamps with a transcript?
